Is Your Current Wall Insulation Working?
If you have traditional insulation in your walls, you may be experiencing:
-
Uncomfortable rooms in your home – either too hot or too cold.
-
An air conditioner that doesn’t stop running in the summer.
-
A furnace that never kicks off in the winter.
-
High monthly energy bills.
Traditional insulation can break down over time and doesn’t stop air leaks, which is the cause of uncomfortable rooms and high energy bills. Studies show that up to 35 percent of air leaks can be through your walls, but how can existing walls be re-insulated without an expensive and time-consuming remodeling project?
RetroFoam insulation is the way to improve your uncomfortable home and high energy bills without the stress and hassle of a full remodel.
The RetroFoam Difference
RetroFoam insulation can be injected into existing enclosed walls to greatly reduce air leakage, keeping your inside air in and the outside air out – where it belongs. This leads to a more comfortable and energy efficient home.
RetroFoam will compress any old insulation in the wall cavity to fill all the nooks and crannies. It’s also safe, hypoallergenic, and environmentally friendly.
Convenient Install Process
RetroFoam insulation is typically installed from the exterior of your home without tearing down walls, so it’s convenient and hassle-free. Most jobs are completed in one day.
For homes with siding, a piece is removed around the house so a hole can be drilled in each stud cavity. For brick homes, small holes are drilled in the mortar joints. After injecting the foam, the crew cleans up, plugs each of the holes, and reinstalls the siding.
